Hey Y'all! I can't believe it's already September. Even worse, it's well into the month and I'm just now getting around to putting up my first post. Time flies!

Have you seen the movie "Chloe" yet? It stars one of my faves, Amanda Seyfried in the title role. Not giving too much away, but she's a hooker who works clients at a swanky hotel. The movie is pretty good. I liked the idea behind the story, but feel it could have been better. I won't elaborate beyond that, as I wouldn't want to ruin it for you.

Why would you want to rent it after that mediocre review? Because, beautiful Chloe likes to tease the camera with fleeting nude shots and pretty lingerie. It's an erotic thriller that's worth a watch, but probably not a buy. Do have a look.

Ambo Readers! How was your weekend? I attended a fund raising event where I enjoyed some good food and entertainment. The event was hosted by a female group and so there was no lack of women at all. Kuwe Readers! Ready for the weekend? Thinking of doing some shopping? I bought some new jeans recently and noticed that the cut of men's jeans is getting lower. I suppose this is in keeping with women's fashion. The waist of my new jeans is so low in fact that if I bend forward, I'm pretty sure the waistband of my underwear will show.

It actually made me feel kind of horny thinking about wearing panties under my new jeans and maybe exposing them to some women. I wonder what their reaction might be if they saw some pretty lace or nylon sticking up out of my pants, or maybe even a thong. Worst Day at the Office?

Pitsupai Readers! What sorts of TV do you like to watch, if any? I like all kinds of shows, but of course I tend to gravitate to shows that feature women I am physically attracted to. One show I like for that reason and because I think it's pretty funny is Rules of Engagement starring Megyn Price. She's one of those girls who has some real sex appeal. Of course as a regular viewer of the show I'm always hoping to see something sexy happen on the show. It's in reruns right now and I just caught an episode last week that I must have missed. In this episode, Megyn's character Audrey is accused of sexually harassing a male coworker (a guy should be so lucky). She thinks the whole thing is a misunderstanding and so she tries to clear the air by talking to the guy. In her attempt at stopping him to talk, she blocks the elevator door and her dress is caught up.

I practically jumped out of my chair when I saw this scene! Megyn's body is fantastic, so juicy! The panties they chose for her are quite nice as well. They look to be nylon in a full back of course (it is prime time TV after all, so no thongs), nice style and color. I wonder if white panties would have been too provocative?

Well, needless to say they've made a bigger fan of the show out of me. I encourage you to take a look at the show when you get a chance, it really is pretty funny.

Candy Blue

Ezender Readers! How was your weekend? Thought I'd start your week off right by offering up a panty review.

The panty of the day is a Candies brand royal blue and white g string. The body material is a sheer mesh with a crushed velvet polka dot pattern to it, very cute. The waistband is a scrumptious white lace which accents the panties quite well. In the front and center of the waistband they have added a bright pink bow; although many companies now do this I always think this is a nice touch and adds a little pizazz to the overall design of the garment. Another design detail that I appreciate is the back waistband being a full and wide strip rather than just a thin string. This accents the hips from the back view and adds a fullness that might not otherwise be there. It may not work on other panties, but I think that was a good choice for these which makes them a little softer in appearance and maybe a bit more cutesy than they would have been with an abbreviated rear waistband.

Overall, I'd say these panties feel well constructed. The materials used seem heavy and well made and the sewing itself is solid. That being said, they're not the softest to the touch, but they don't feel cheap in any way either. Right now, I'd guess they'd last a long time and offer up years of good use (or abuse). Of course I'll update you to any changes in that department if things change.

I bought these at Kohl's on sale for I think 5 for $20, which works out to four bucks a pop, not bad at all. I haven't seen Candies brand panties at other stores, so I don't know if they're a Kohl's exclusive or not, but if you want some of these that would be a good place to start looking.

Summer Cleaning

Kitaitirivi Readers! Ah, the weekend is here again! Do you have a weekend chore that you've been meaning to get around to? Recently, I finally was able to get into my panty drawers (yes, I have two) and hand laundered my entire collection. It was a multi-day undertaking, let me tell you. What really took a lot of time was the drying process, as I have limited space to hang dry my delicates and so I could only wash a few at a time. All in all, I think it took the better part of a week! I also folded all my undies as best I could (some of my thongs are so "minimalist" shall we say, that there isn't much to fold or any good way to do it. So now I have nice, neat and organized lingerie drawers.

The problem is that now I don't want to go and mess it all up after all that work and I have so many panties that it's hard to find a particular one amongst the stacks. Before the panties were just a big mess, mixed up and unfolded, but I could dive right in and look around and not worry that I was making it worse. What's a lingerie fanatic to do?

Oh, I also perfumed my panties with a VS body spray after washing. I highly recommend doing this as the scent adds another layer of sexiness. I associate the body spray smell with panties now and it can be quite intoxicating to open my drawer and take in the faint, soft and feminine scent. One bottle of spray goes a long way, so you don't need much either, although obviously your mileage may vary depending on how much you use.

X Tina

Gowwa Readers! Hump day, oh boy. Just read that sexy lil Christina Aguilera is going to starring in a new film titled "Burlesque". Also in the film will be cute Kristen Bell and diva Cher. I know a lot of people don't care for X-tina, but I think she's got a fantastic voice and seems to be open minded. I don't always agree with her fashion choices (including hair), but I admire her daring and willingness to try different things, my kind of girl! I have no idea what the story line is, but hope the movie turns out to be a good one. Just the thought of seeing Kristen Bell and Christina in some lingerie is enough to spur me on to the theater!

Mischief

Howdy Readers! A movie named "Mischief" was recently brought to my attention by long time reader Panty Maven. It's a film made in the 80's about teens in the 1950's. I'd never heard of it before being tipped off, so it was a nice surprise to find out about it. PM mentioned that it had some nice lingerie scenes in it. Well, that alone is enough to make me want to see it!

My first order of business was to actually find it on DVD. I looked at Amazon and they had it listed as out of print, but they did have it at my favorite on line rental site, but it was seriously back ordered (long wait). I didn't hold my breath! A lot of times movies that are on the long wait list never come and end up being deleted from the catalog before you ever get a chance to rent them. Either that or when they come, the disc itself is severely beaten up and scratched.

Well, after having waited a couple of months, I was surprised to find an e mail informing me that the movie was coming soon to my mail box! When it got here, I took it out immediately to check the condition of the disc, and it looked OK. I watched it within a few days of getting it and was thrilled to see lovely Kelly Preston strip down to her pretty bra and panties, then to full frontal nudity...YAY! Her body is just amazing in this film, truly mouth wateringly beautiful. There is a scene early on when one of the main characters gets a peek up her skirt as well, a heart stopping sight indeed to see her stocking tops and white panties!

Do I need to say more? Yes, I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend it to not just vintage lingerie and panty lovers, but also to anyone who might want to watch a fun little underdog, coming of age, 50's themed movie.

Mad for Panties

Bonjour Readers! Just a quick post today to kick off your weekend. Late last night I was watching Jimmy Fallon (I'm a night owl) and he had Christina Hendricks of Mad Men fame on as a guest. I must say she is looking quite buxom now days as I don't remember her having such curvy assets when she was playing the part of Saffron back on Firefly years back (great show BTW). Anyway, she was talking about her early career and how she used to model in NYC. The Other Half

Greetings Readers! How is everyone doing this fine day? As discussed in a prior post, I bought two items that were on sale at Frederick's of Hollywood at the low low price of two for $25. The first item was that white, ruffled back, satin garter panty. The second half of my 25 bucks got me this cute little chiffon layered mini skirt.

This gem is really cute with lots of nice detailing throughout. Starting at the bottom (usually not a bad place to start!), you can see the lace trim that goes around each tier of the skirt. Next the material itself, which is a soft and sheer nylon chiffon with thin vertical pin stripes. The color is "Buttercup" in case you were wondering, I'd describe it as a pale yellow that the picture accurately shows. The waistband has that wonderful lacey detailing, so pretty and not at all scratchy in any way. The inside is lined with a smooth quilted patterned extra layer that makes it harder to see through (you decide if that's a good or bad thing). The back of the skirt is slightly longer than the front which makes front access to the fun factory a little easier, spread those legs! ;^P

I actually snagged the last one on the rack, so you may or may not find this at your local store. The one I went to was a smaller store and the sales girl told me that I may have better luck at the bigger store if I wanted to find other things and more selection. All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase. I love to wear this around the house, with or without panties underneath. It's an interesting sensation to wear with no panties as the cool air goes up the skirt. Anyways, it's good for some fun for sure.

Nine

I watched the movie "Nine" a while back and thought I'd chime in on it. I know that this movie may be old news to many of you, but as I recall it wasn't in theaters long and now that it's out on DVD and Blu Ray I thought it a good time to throw in my two cents.

The movie is a musical, made my the same people who brought "Chicago" to you on the big screen. The production values are great, the cinematography is amazing, the music and dancing are wonderful. Can you tell I liked it? The women are stunningly gorgeous and a joy to watch. I rented the DVD, but would definitely be interested in seeing this on Blu Ray for the added clarity.

The movie has a never ending collection of beauties to ogle including Penelope Cruz, Nicole Kidman, Fergie, Marion Cotillard, Kate Hudson and even Sophia Loren pops in for a scene or two. This is enough to tip the scales in favor of a thumbs up from me, although I can't say that I truly loved the movie, I did enjoy watching it and would readily watch it again. I say give it a look, if you like beautiful women in lingerie, you will find lots to enjoy.

Sale!

Hello Readers! How is your week going so far? I found a sale you all might be interested in over at Maidenform's own web site. They have a few nice things that I'd like to try, although after my recent binge, I shouldn't and won't be buying anything for a while. Pictured above are a few of the things I found in the sale section. I own a few Maidenform items that I like a lot, although I also own some older things that the elastic has gone out on and had to be retired. The elastic thing may have been my fault as I seem to recall tumble drying them on low heat in a machine, which may have been bad for them. It was a real tragedy because they don't make those panties anymore and I really liked them a lot. I'll try and get a picture of them posted sometime so you can see what they looked like. I had three pair, one each in white, black and pink.

Rebound

Hola Readers! It's been a while, no? I hope all of you have been doing well. I decided to remove my last post because, even though it explained a lot, it also wasn't really fitting in the theme of this blog. Thank you all who wrote and sent support, it was sorely needed and I appreciate it greatly. I'll be trying to get back into the swing of things around here again, so please come by and look for some upcoming panty reviews and such.

Well, after having not had much libido the past few weeks, it seems to have rebounded very strongly, explosively in fact. In fact I went on a lingerie buying spree/binge, the results of which you'll be seeing in the next few postings.

I took a day off, and went shopping early. I hit Frederick's of Hollywood, Victoria's Secret, Forever 21, Sears, JC Penny, Kohl's and Target. Even in my extreme horniness, I tried to choose things that were totally new to my collection and not redundant. I bought a few things at Frederick's, JCP and Kohl's and would have bought a few at Forever 21, but they were out of the ones I liked. I've got to tell you, Forever 21 really has some cute things, clothes and lingerie. If you're looking for some cute tops or skirts, give them a look.

JCP had a sale on my favorite grannies, the Vanity Fair Perfectly Yours briefs, 3 for $11 something. That's the lowest price I've seen for those, so I couldn't resist and picked up a few (breaking my redundancy rule). I wanted to get different colors, but they were mostly sold out in my size, so I was forced to get an extra white one, which is OK, because that's my favorite color in these anyway.

Pictured above is a ruffled back, skirted, satin and lace garter panty I bought at Frederick's. It was on sale for $12.50 (actually 2 for 25) and well worth the price in my opinion. I'll show you what the other half of my $25 got me in a future post. I think these are super cute and ultra feminine and they feel great when wearing them. They were a bit hard to photograph, but you can make out the flower pattern in the skirt material. The garter straps are removable, which is great for washing or if you want to wear them as panties without stockings. There are little white satin bows at both the front and rear centers of the waistband, something I always like to see. The front of the panty is a chiffon like material and the back is ruffled in a full cut that accentuates the derriere nicely.

As these are a sale item, I suggest you get on down to Frederick's ASAP if you want a pair (or two) of these. Just to note, they are a bright white color, almost silver, they're so bright, very pretty, the back shot is a better representation of the actual color. Also, they come from the bridal collection, so you might want to look there if you don't see it elsewhere in the store.
